DIY Cord organizer for travel

I have been traveling a lot lately, and my chargers, and cords always get tangled up and separated.
After searching the internet for ideas, I came up with my own version of a travel organizer.

Here are the dimensions and directions if you want to make one.

Cut a piece of leather that is 16 x 6.5 (you can choose your dimensions) at one end notch the leather so that you have a tab in the middle that is approximately 1″ wide and 3″ long. Cut a 2nd piece of leather that will be your pocket – mine was 4″ x 6.5″.
Install the zipper by cutting a rectangle opening 1/2″ wide – 1/2″ down and 1/2″ from the edges of the pocket piece. Using leather glue – adhere the zipper to the back of the pocket and top stitch. Then top stitch around the entire outer edges of the zipper pocket.
I used the leather cut from the notches to make strips that snap for my 2 chargers. Then cut 3 parallel openings approx. 1″ across in the middle of the large leather where I wanted the cords.
I use a Gold Star tool snap and grommet setter. Roll up the organizer and decide where to place the outer snap. I wanted mine to be on the solid leather where the chargers fit.
I found I needed to add a narrow strip of leather on each side of the organizer to keep the chargers from falling out. I top stitched these down to match the top stitching on the pocket.
Customize the size and number of openings for your electronic devices.
